TestNG - dependsOnMethods

On declaring @Test ( dependsOnMehtods= {test1}) on test2, the declared method(test2) will be executed only when test1 passes otherwise it skips the the test2 execution.

Public class dependsTesting1(){
@Test(dependsonMethods= "test1"){
Public void test2(){
System.out.println("inside test2")
}
@Test
Public void test1(){
System.out.println("inside test2")
}
} }

In the above case if test1 fails test2 will be skipped otherwise executed.
